Beeston is a town located 4 miles southwest from the City of Nottingham. It has great transport links, with rivers, railway, canal and major roads running nearby as well as plans for a tram line to run through part of the town. With its transport links it is no wonder big industry names have chosen to have their headquarters in Beeston. The headquarters of Boots is located near the south of the canal and Siemens close to the train station.

Chilwell, Toton and Beeston Rylands are all areas that make up Beeston. Chilwell is located to the west which is where you’ll find modern apartments on Shaw Lane, Thompson Court and Delves Court. Toton is just to the south-west of Chilwell, the area between the railway line and Stapleford Lane/Swiney Way. There are many detached properties in Toton, with prime areas being along Nottingham Road, Banks Road and in some of the streets off High Road. Beeston Rylands is located to the south of Beeston, the area south of Queens Road. There many terrace houses here and also semis in East and West Crescent and bungalows on Canal Side. Beeston Rylands is a good location for people who work at Boots HQ or the technology park or anyone wanting to live close to the railway station. Nottingham Lettings have a lot of experience with Beeston and with our knowledge of the area we will be able to maximise the potential of letting out your property.

Most people think of Beeston as a student town as the main campus of The University of Nottingham is situated to the north-east. Around half of the student self-catering flats are located in Beeston. The town also has a large population of post-graduates as they prefer Beestons quieter atmosphere. If you have a student property that you wish to let, are Nottingham Lettings Agents can help. We have a tenant find only option or our full management service.

There are two main shopping areas in Beeston, one along High Road and the other in The Square. The area along High Road has mostly been pedestrianised and on Fridays and Saturdays Beeston Market is held off High Road, in between Union Road and City Road. The Square is a 1960s shopping development which is cut in two by Wollaton Road.

Nottingham Lettings are always looking for landlords that have properties in Beeston as there are many tenants looking to relocate to Beeston. Location is prime here with students wanting to be close to the university and professional people looking to live close to the city centre.
